Web, Systems & Human-Centered Software
I’m a Pacific Northwest-raised software engineer who recently completed an MS in Computer Science. Before that, I studied communication disorders and psychology, and spent time working in education. I got into tech after hearing again and again that the field needed more people who could code, people who understood both the science and the systems. It turns out, tech also needs people who bring a background like mine, people who think deeply about how humans learn, communicate, and interact with tools.
During my masters, I’ve built full-stack projects with Python, Java, C#, and JavaScript, and I care a lot about well-structured code, clear docs, and interfaces that don’t require instructions. I’m also a design nerd. I love smooth flows, intuitive interactions, and systems that feel as good as they function. I like building software that’s thoughtful, accessible, and shaped by how people actually think and work.
P.S. It’s pronounced Myasha, like “why Sasha.” I'm not your Asha, I'm my Asha.
Always happy to connect: I’m open to new roles, collaborations, or conversations.
